Christine Reidy has represented shipping companies, marine terminal facilities, garment, textile, furniture and cosmetics manufacturers and other businesses in a broad range of commercial matters including domestic and international commercial and corporate transactions, general corporate law, ownership structures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, employment, equipment leasing and financing, port development, regulatory compliance and state sales and use tax. She is a founding member and was a board member (1997-1998) of the United States section of the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association.
