Judith A. Spriggens, RN, LNC

Medical Legal Consultant with the law firm of Hill, Betts and Nash, LLP since 1986. As a licensed registered nurse with 10 years of hospital based psychiatric, medical & surgical nursing experience and training, she provides assistance by analyzing personal injury claims that have involved sexual assaults, infectious diseases, drowning and medical malpractice. Her role in the personal injury department includes providing published theory and practices of the health sciences, medical research, organization and analysis of medical documents, interviewing and obtaining medical experts, as well as assisting in the development of trial exhibits and attending mediations.

In addition to analyzing personal injury claims, Ms. Spriggens assists the client with the case management of injured persons guiding both client and attorney through the complex medical issues involved in the recovery of injured seamen.

Ms. Spriggens is a member of American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.
